You will lead a cross-functional team to enhance the user experience, maximize value to customers, and drive innovation in human services delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a customer-centric and growth mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for continuous learning, improvement, and knowledge sharing. As part of the team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: • Product Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and budget aligned with DHS mission and vision, equity policy, and strategic plan. • Product Development and Management: Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery is aligned with product line objectives and user needs. • Product Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster collaboration with empathy, equity, and people centricity to enhance the user experience and maximize the value to internal and external customers. • Product Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Experience must demonstrate the following: • Experience leading teams using modern iterative, user centered, continuous delivery methodologies. • Ability to interpret and leverage user research, user testing, and data analytics to make and validate product decisions. • Experience with human centered design principles and practices.

• Human services, early childhood education, regulatory licensing, program integrity audit and investigation program experience. • Experience working effectively in a rapidly changing environment and shifting priorities appropriately to produce better product outcomes. • Ability to stay updated with industry trends, new methodologies, and best practices to continuously improve product management skills. • Skills in verbal and written communications to synthesize and organize large volumes of complex information and ideas and present them in a succinct, easily understandable fashion. • Ability to generate commitment and excitement for the product vision with product stakeholders. • Ability to establish a collective mindset or culture built around a unified vision with shared values, norms, and to influence the way product team members think, act, and collaborate. • Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
